Internet search revealed I'm not the only one who has encountered this problem. Reinstalling the drivers worked for some people, but not for me. This thread is locked. Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. I've used the speakers connected to the front panel with Zoom before, but just tried the back.
No joy. BTW, a couple months ago my printer stopped working after a Windows update. Happened to lots of other people too.
Eventually, MS came up with yet another update that fixed it. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. If that doesn't work, you might want to try to check if your computer audio drivers are up to date. You can do this from Device manager on your computer you'll need local admin permissions for this. I am dealing with the same issue.
No output audio on zoom and all settings are correct and properly set. Win10 Pro; all MS updates; all other apps work but not Zoom for speakers. Mic works fine. At one time I tried a headset but I can't test it now. I'm having the same problem on my all-in-one Lenovo computer. All settings, volumes, etc. The speakers work fine everywhere except a Zoom meeting! I updated Zoom, checked drivers for updates, etc. Hope someone can help! I have same issue on Mac for last 2 weeks I have 45 years in IT so believe me when i say it is a Zoom problem.

New LG laptop, Win Speakers work for all apps except Zoom. Hope they address this serious issue, as Zoom is currently unusable to me. Same problem.
Zoom audio worked just fine last night. This morning it fails to detect audio. What happened overnight?! Same problem with my mom's laptop. I have the same issue on my Lenovo. I have escalated this issue internally and once I hear back I will pass that info along. After reaching out I found that Zoom is not yet officially supporting Windows The system requirements page still certainly does not list Windows I have heard many users be able to run Zoom on Windows 11 with no problem, but also numerous cases of users having some trouble of one type or another. You can stay up-to-date with our blog and release notes! I had the problem resolved by Zoom's Engineering support.
It was the Laptops specific audio driver that was not working. Although when I first logged this issue the drivers had been verified, now that I reinstall the driver today things work correctly. There are many UX models listed. They kinda try to work but cut out after a few seconds. Downloading the audio driver manually and restarting the computer didn't work for me. I've tried it twice now and nothing. Make sure your iOS device is unlocked before clicking Next.
